Appearance Tool
This documentation provides an overview of the functionality of the Appearance Tool.

The Appearance Tool allows you to modify the content on the index page and the left sidebar. It offers the following eight options:
- Show Widgets: Toggles the display of search machines in the sidebar.
- Show Tasks: Toggles the display of the tasks panel in the sidebar.
- Show Config: Toggles the display of configuration tools in the sidebar.
- Show Plugins: Toggles the display of plugin panels in the sidebar.
- Show Security: Toggles the display of the security panel in the sidebar.
- Show Sources: Toggles the display of source links in the sidebar.
- Show Dev: Toggles the display of development options in the sidebar.
- Show Diagnosis: Toggles the display of the control panel.
Expanding the Appearance Tool
You can easily exclude parts of Carnivore by adding new variables in the Data/appearance.php file:
