Install Carnivore on Linux

In this documentation I will explain how to install Carnivore on Linux.

First of all download the latest version of Carnivore. You can also find older versions of Carnivore on the download page and their installation is the same or at least similar.
Extract the archive to the desired folder and copy the extracted folder to your webserver folder, this location depends on your distribution and webserver
Open the folder in your browser: http://127.0.0.1/path-to-your-installation, this address may of course be different if the webserver listens on a different port for example
Follow the instructions during the setup
